What should I have ready when I call?
Your address, a phone number we can reach, approximate tank location if you know it, and a short description of the issue (pumping, inspection, backup, etc.).
Do I need to be home?
For most pumping jobs we need access to the lids and a place to stage the truck. If you can’t be there, we can often arrange lockbox access or a clear path to the tank — ask when you book.
